Welcome to the Sun Rural home page. We are an estate agency that specializes in the sale of all types of rural Spanish properties, land, ruins, farmhouses, fincas, cortijos and we can also arrange to build a new house for you if required.

The properties we have on offer are in and around the beautiful Almanzora Valley, which is situated between the Sierra de Los Filabres and the Sierra de Las Estancias mountain ranges, in the Province of Almeria in eastern Andalusia, southern Spain.

Our aim is to help you settle in your new home and country. We are therefore pleased to offer a full backup and after sales service. We will lead you through the purchase of your new home and then help you arrange, or oversee, any work that may be required.

Whatever your query, whether it be opening a bank account, signing on with a doctor, enrolling your children in school, obtaining residency, or just knowing where to buy certain products, we are here to help you. This service is completely free of charge.

At the moment sterling is fairly strong and properties are relatively cheap. Due to the increased popularity of the area house prices are rising, so now is a good time to buy.
